A book you think everyone should read: "A porcupine named Fluffy" by Helen Lester. It's a kids book that I still laugh at and enjoy, and has a simple but important message.


How has working with Dr. Thornberry helped you maintain your health goals?: Dr. Thornberry is very thorough and detailed with her assessments that we're able to have a better understanding of what's causing things (pain, lack of mobility, etc.). To continue to improve on these outside of her office, she has provided me with various types of exercises and stretches to do that's practical with my lifestyle (so that I'll actually do it :) ).
